Introduction to 8works
8works Consulting was founded in 2003. Our passion is to enable clients to accelerate their transformation initiatives through collaboration and to create amazing results. We help clients throughout the change lifecycle from strategy development through to implementing and embedding system change.
How do we do this?
8works Consulting has a proven acceleration methodology that creates better, faster, cheaper and owned results. We do this by fusing a highly structured approach, with state of the art collaboration and acceleration techniques, to harness both individual and group creativity. We'd like to take this opportunity to make our first gesture of goodwill to IntoUniversity by pledging all donations from our spectacular (although we'll let you be the judge of that!) Recipe Book to them. It is also our intention to donate the proceeds of any further fundraising ventures we undertake in the next year to IntoUniversity.
