The Challenge
The UK operating arm of this global telecommunications company requested the design and implementation of a company wide balanced scorecard solution to drive their strategy into action. The key driver was to accelerate delivery (a similar previous change effort had taken 6-9 months).

Our Response
We designed a Collaboration Consulting engagement to review their current strategy and to design, build and implement a balanced scorecard containing no more than 30 KPIs. The engagement included a series of working sessions and two large scale collaborative events. The final scorecard was signed off by the UK board and their direct reports.

Timeframe
The entire engagement was completed within 7 weeks, including the implementation of a Business Intelligence based reporting tool and supporting processes.
